JB Zdravím, mám prosbu, kamarád si chce koupit auto a prodávající chce takhle postupovat s použitím e-bay:

I want to point out that because i am in the process of moving because of changing my working place, i am after a fast transaction, with no delays. That is why i decided to lower the price, to avoid wasting time with negotiations and find a buyer as soon as possible.
I have the car already in an shipping company in Budapest, Hungary, crated and ready for delivery, so No pick up is available. I am very busy with my business, I travel alot and I have no time to go to Budapest to handle the car to you in person, that's why I prefer to use eBay to do this sale.
The final price is 12,225 EUR + shipping to your door. For an accurate shipping cost please include your shipping address in your next email.
Check CLEAR : The car shows all clear on the check report as having no outstanding finance, has never been an insurance write off or stolen.
DOCUMENTS : The delivery agent will take care of all the papers. The title, 2x keys, service book & bookpack are provided. Everything will be sent along with the car. The delivery will take between 2 to 5 working days, door-to-door .
I will only conclude the transaction through eBay for our own protection. They act as a neutral third party. I shall explain to you the process, so that you know what you are getting into!
If we decide to proceed with this transaction, I will have to contact eBay and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process right away. I will be needing your eBay user name(if you have one), full name, address and phone number for that. You will receive a notification from eBay shortly after that, together with all the instructions to follow and the invoice as well.
Regarding the payment, you will be instructed to deposit the money to an eBay account. They will hold and insure your money until receipt of the car in good condition. That is how their buyer protection policy is working. As far as the seller concerns, I will be glad to know that eBay has the possession of the money during the delivery period. That is my insurance.
As soon as I will have the confirmation from eBay that the funds have been deposited to their account, I will immediately start the shipping process.
The car will be delivered to your address in no more than 5 working days. You will be given a 15 days inspection period from the day you receive the car at home.
If you decide to hold the car, then you will have to authorize eBay to release the funds to me, and the transaction will be completed. If you will not be satisfied with the car, you will be able to send the car back through the same shipping company, and ask eBay to return the funds to you. Though I am sure you will love the car and will not want to return it, it is good to know that you do have this second option available.

If you wish to proceed with the purchase, please let me know so I can initiate the deal through eBay right away. If you do not have an eBay account this is not an issue, we can do business through my account, even if you are not registered with eBay; as my buyer you will be fully covered by them.
Remember they have absolutely no authority to release the payment until they get your full approval.
I hope I explained everything to you ok. After we complete all these above steps I can only hope that you should be fully satisfied as the new owner of my car.

JB jako mě to přijde jako blbost od začátku, protože ta cena je divná, ale e-bay neznám, proto jsem se tady optal. Já mu říkám ne už od začátku...

Me by proste jen zajimalo, jako uzivatele internetu, jak tyhle spamy, podvody, muzou nekoho minout? Jakoze o tom jeste neslysel? Necte? Nekouka na zpravy? Nesurfuje?
Kdybyses nezeptal tady, on by byl vazne ochotnej ty prachy nekam poslat!! Boze boze...
tappaja: verim, ze by to byli schopny poslat, protoze vidi, jak usetri 100tisic :-D protoze budou mit auto za 300tisic, ktery uplne vsude stoji 400+ :-D :-D
Ty vole, DĚLÁTE SI PRDEL, že na to může ještě někdo skočit, poté, co tyhle podvody jsou na internetu mnoho let a stejně tak mnoho let se to na každém fóru prodiskutovává? Já to fakt nechápu. Jsme národ debilů? :-)
tahle pohádka by měla končit slovy...
... a pokud nezemřeli, tak žijí dodnes :-)

JB u kámoše šlo asi o to, že nezná ten ebay... a já tedy taky ne. Ovšem mě je vždycky podezřelá takováhle nízká cena... každopádně díky...
To je ale uplne jedno, jestli to bylo na ebay, mobile.de, autoscoutu, aukru, nebo Ti to rekl podivne vypadajici starec na blesim trhu...
řeší se to tady ka ždej druhej týden,divím se ,že se pořád na tohle ptáte.

swep zajimalo by me, jak to delaji lidi, kteri opravdu maji auto v madarsku a opravdu jej chteji prodat :)

JB tak Ti mají asi vážně problém... mě to bylo jasný od začátku, psal jsem Milanovi, ať tomu "prodejci" napíše o adresu, kde je to auto v Maďarsku možno vidět (jelikož tam už 10 let 5x ročně služebně jezdím) a mám tam pár přátel. Nebo ať ten .ocas přiletí, že mu Milan zaplatí letenku. Ale samozřejmě ani náhodou. Mě to bylo divný hned. A v pondělí večer jsem zjistil, že to neměla být jen z4... ale z4M... Masakr...
