Bachelor thesis on the application of information technology in police practice deals with the application and use of information technology at work, police and civil servants of the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of information technology and systems, including a description of selected police information systems. Notes the tremendous development in this area that je perfectly described in the information system called Evidencia criminal proceedings. Currently the key dynamic and evolving system. The practical part of this work is addressed by the questionnaire survey among police officers and civilian employees of the of the Police of the Czech Republic.
